You can even renew your plan for as long as you own your Horizon Fitness equipment. You may be required to send a proof of purchase to verify the date of purchase on your machine.

In order to qualify for the extended warranty you must have at least 30 days left on the original labor warranty

For customers who would like to purchase an extended warranty on a previously purchased product, the following information is needed to process your order.

Product model name

Date of purchase

Product serial number

Product purchase price

If you are purchasing an extended warranty on a product you are purchasing today, you do not need to submit the above information.
