Refurbished Equipment
Each refurbished product we place in the Horizon Fitness e-Store must first undergo a vigorous testing and visual exam process (58 steps for treadmills, 48 for bikes and ellipticals) to ensure that the components perform to our exacting standards. If they don’t, they’re replaced with original Horizon Fitness parts and retested. Once a product passes, they’re cleaned up and offered for sale with a special warranty package.
Factory Closeouts
Factory closeout products undergo a similar testing and visual exam process to identify and correct any potential performance issues before being sold with their complete original warranty.
Warranties
All products featured on the Horizon Fitness e-Store include warranties on parts and labor, frame, and (where applicable) motor. We also sell 1-year and 2-year extended warranties on all e-Store products.
